We are pleased to note that our Managing Partner, Olaide Lawal, has been appointed Chairman of Hudson Dental Partners, a newly launched support group backed by one of his private equity vehicles, Hudson Yards Capital, even as the group goes into partnership with its first portfolio in New York.
The emerging Hudson Dental Partners, headquartered in New York City, expects 5-7% organic growth and USD 15–20m in acquisition revenue annually.
